Official cocktail history starts around the beginning of the 19th century.
But what a cocktail is?
A cocktail is of course a type of mixed drink, commonly containing one or a combination of alcoholic spirits and liqueur. Usually may contain juices, sodas and other flavourings or colourants. Many times is decorated with like fruit and plastic swizzle sticks or straws and a number of other ingredients like creams and juices
Although there were times in the 1900’s when cocktails were not so popular (during the World Wars for example), cocktails became very popular again in the late 70’s and early 80’s. This was largely the result of an explosion of interesting new kinds of drinks, like flavoured vodkas and schnapps onto the market.

That means we choose high quality alcohol and fresh Greek fruits. The result of this combination is that our customers could drink many of them and still have the lovely taste even the next day!
